Khalsa Logistics LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates khalsalogistics.com, including our public load tracking system. This page describes what information we collect, how the load tracking system may be used, how information is shared, and the terms of our SMS messaging program.

Information We Collect

• Business contact information you provide to us in the course of arranging freight — such as names, phone numbers, and email addresses of customers, brokers, and their staff.
• Shipment information related to loads we haul — pickup and delivery locations, appointment times, check-in/check-out times, and load status.
• Mobile phone numbers and opt-in consent collected when you agree to receive SMS messages from us (see Messaging Terms below).

Our website does not require accounts and does not use its own advertising or analytics cookies. Embedded third-party content (such as Google Maps) may set its own cookies subject to that provider's privacy policy.

Load Tracking System

Our load tracking page lets customers and brokers check the status of a shipment using its load number. Depending on the load, the tracking system may display:

• Load status, pickup and delivery locations, appointment windows, and check-in/check-out times;
• The assigned truck and trailer, and the driver's first name and work phone number for coordination of the active load;
• For authorized broker partners, estimated time of arrival and the truck's approximate current location.

Acceptable use: The tracking system and the information it provides are offered solely to parties with a legitimate interest in a specific shipment (the shipper, receiver, broker, or their agents) for the purpose of coordinating that freight. Any other use — including bulk or automated collection of tracking data, redistribution or resale of the data, use of driver contact information for solicitation, marketing, or recruiting, or any unlawful purpose — is prohibited without our prior written permission. We may change, limit, or discontinue the tracking system, or restrict access to it, at any time without notice. Tracking information is provided “as is” for convenience; while we work to keep it accurate, it may change and should not be relied upon as a guarantee of service times.

Data Sharing

• Customer data is not shared with 3rd parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
• Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data.

Khalsa Logistics LLC Messaging Terms and Conditions

1. The messaging program consists of general conversational messaging to answer questions and provide support to customers.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text ‘STOP’ to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message ‘STOP’ to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at khalsalogisticsllc@gmail.com.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary based on communication needs. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
